Today, the workouts is centered around the two pressing gymnastics movements with a 100 reps between the handstand push-ups and the ring dips. The goal here will be to stay steady throughout the dubs and row to allow you to hit the gymnastics movements strong and keep chipping away. Plan out your sets and try to keep rest short between them. Even quick sets of 5 throughout will be a great away to stay ahead of the fatigue.
