Burpee-to-Target

Chest-to-bar Pull-up

Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs

Rest 1 min

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

Athlete Instructions

The goal today is to work on sustainable paces across each movement from round to round. Pick a number you think is sustainable and hold steady. If you have anything extra on rounds 4 and 5, start to pick up the numbers. The goal would be to maintain 15-25 reps per movement every 1 min.
