Hey guys! Just a reminder that tomorrow we are participating in "The Lou" ALS Fundraiser workout. Please come at 9AM to get warmed up and be ready for our guest speaker and instruction.

EVERYONE is welcome as this workout can be modifed/scaled to fit your fitness level. You do not need to be a member of CFO to come participate. Bring your friends and family!

44 rounds, split work with partner:

- 4 Wallballs (20/14)

- 4 Pull-ups

- 4 Burpees

- 4 DB Snatches (50/35)
