Ok so now that we have checked out some weights let have some fun. I am also making this a partner workout if anyone wants to hang out together. I will put up a solo option as well for those of us workin out solo.
I know a few have offered to hang out at McKenny Elementary off of Morse Merriman on the EastSide @ 9:30

6 Box Jumps/Step ups (find something to jump on or step even if its a stair)
