  • The focus today is on gymnastics skill and muscular endurance. The big sets of toes-to-bars and burpees will challenge your want to go fast or ability to push the pace before we tackle rope climbs. There is a good amount of interference work mixed into this and you will definitely feel that on the rope climbs. Be composed and just hit one after the other before finishing off each set with a strong effort on the rower.
