50 Floor Press
50 Back Squats
50 Deadlifts
50 Box Jumps (find something and jump on it)
****The Squats should be heavier than the floor press and the deads heavier than the squats
Minimal Weight Crew
50 Floor Press (if you want to do 100 with 50 each arm feel free)
50 Pause Goblet Squats (can do 100 Split Squats 50/50)
50 Deadlifts
50 Box Jumps (find something and jump on it)
Body Weight Crew
50 Pause at the top push ups
100 Split Squats
50 Burpees
50 Box Jumps (find something and jump on it)
