** Make sure and check the site over the next few days. We will be having a gear check out Friday. The Gear will for the most part come in packages. We tried to work it as much as we could so everyone had the opportunity to get something. Remember even just a plate or a KB or a DB can work wonders for our workouts. When we get it all checked out we will have 3 different versions of the same workout. A weighted workout, A minimal weight workout, and a body weight workout. All of these will be based on what you can use for equipment. All of the weight is already set up in a package to go out. More information to come.

If you can’t Run/Row/Bike then grab something and give me 40 Weighted Marches.
If you can’t make the time frame cut one of the movements in half Or just keep start your run bike or row every 4 min and get as far as you can through the workout. LOL
