The TRUE MILE RUN is what we have been using for the past few months and what you should have used to test it at the beginning of this cycle: You have 1 of 2 Options:
Option 1: From the front door, exactly 5 laps around the block, past front door to end of building and back.
Option 2: From the front door to lake and back, past front door to end of building and back.
