AMRAP 25 mins: Rows, Turkish Get-ups, Rope Climbs, and Handstand Walks

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:

Row, 800/600 m or Bike 18/15 Cals

3 L/3 R Turkish Get-ups, 53/35 lbs

3 Rope Climbs

Handstand Walk, 50 ft

Goal: ~4 rounds

The goal here is to build in some aerobic capacity work while also working on skills and stability work. Because we won’t do a ton of rounds here the rope climbs won’t create too much interference going into the Open workout tomorrow if there is high volume pulling. Work to stay steady and controlled throughout the 25 mins.


L2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:

Row, 800/600 m or Bike 18/15 Cals

3 L/3 R Turkish Get-ups, 44/26 lbs

2 Rope Climbs

5 Handstand Walks To Wall- 5 ft

L1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:

Row, 800/600 m or Bike 18/15 Cals

3 L/3 R Shoe Turkish Get-ups

3 Pull-to-Stands

3x [ 1 Wall Walk + 10 Shoulder Taps ]

*3 Pull-to-Stands or 3 L/3 R Single Arm Ring Rows
