Every 3 mins for 30 mins, alternating between:
1x [ 10/7 Bike Calories + 10 Bar Facing Burpees + 10 Thrusters, 75/55 lbs ]
1x [ 10 Overhead Squats, 75/55 lbs + 10 Lateral Burpees Over Rower + 10/7 Row Calories ]
Our goal today is to work on efficiency and develop greater pacing strategies on longer workouts. The rest between stations will be limited and so we need to manage the way we tackle each station to allow for more consistency from set to set.
