CrossFit Games Open 23.2A - Rx'd

As many reps as possible in 15 mins of:

5 Burpee Pull-ups

10 Shuttle Runs, 50 ft

*Add 5 Burpee Pull-ups after each round.

Notes

Pace from the beginning and lean into something that is challenging, but doable. Use the shuttle run as a recovery and push the burpee pull-ups. This is where you will win the workout!

Immediately following 23.2A, 5 mins to establish:

Thruster : 1 rep max

Take the barbell from the floor.

Start off conservatively with the weight at around 50-60% of goal weight and then jump to 70-80%, move to 85-90%, and then hit 100% at the 5:00 mark
