Front Squat : 5 Rep Max
Log your best Front Squat 5 rep max lift. Only log the heaviest 5 rep, do not include sets prior to it.
Take 15 mins to hit a new 5RM. Here we go with another 5RM front squat. We have been relentless here at tackling strength work focused around the 5RM front squat, so hopefully we see some PRs here to start off the Open!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
7 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
7 Hang Squat Cleans, 135/95 lbs
7 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs
This is a short workout, but the density of lifting volume here will be sure to challenge you. Expectations are to hit the power cleans as 6 touch and go reps, then into 1 power clean, then 6 unbroken hang squat cleans. Drop the bar for a quick reset, then pick up the bar to the hip and go into a hang squat clean thruster before 6 more shoulder-to-overhead.
