150 Push Ups

*Every Break Run/Row/Bike/Wall Run

Right Into but start over on the Distance

150 of any Core (Sit Ups, VUps, Hollow Rocks, Gymnastic Crunches)

*Every Break Run/Row/Bike/Wall Run

For the Run/Row Start with 100m and DOUBLE the run/row distance each break (100,200,400,800,etc)

For the Bike start with 7 Cals and DOUBLE the distance each break (7,14,28,56)

For the Wall Runs start with 20 Runs and DOUBLE the distance each Break (20,40,80,160)
