If you have never done a 12 days style workout, make sure you pay attention and understand how this workout is done. First, you will complete the burpee bar muscle-up, then 2 thrusters + 1 burpee bar muscle-up, then 3 power cleans + 2 thrusters + 1 burpee bar muscle-up. This will continue until the last round which will consist of the 1200 m run into the 11 burpee box jump into 10 dumbbell box step overs and all the way down the line finishing with the 1 burpee bar muscle-up.
This workout is a longer piece and always takes a long time. Pace early and stay steady throughout. The first 9 rounds will be relatively quick, then 10 hits and things get real.
