Notes
The goal today is to hit the run in 2 mins or less and then be able to link some good quality reps on the toes-to-bar by only breaking them up into 3 sets or less. For the farmers carry, we are expecting an unbroken weight moved fast before getting into a set of 12 unbroken bench press before finishing off the remaining time with strict pull-ups. The rest period should be short enough to keep building a pump, but long enough to allow the heart rate to come back down.
