6x RFT, every 5 mins: Echo Bike Calories and 400 m

Athlete Instructions

Goal: 3 mins-3:30 per round

The goal today is to maintain a challenging pace and stay as steady as possible across. We are looking for a 5 km pace on the run after a solid effort on the bike. Remember there are 6 sets here so don’t shoot off too fast from the get go, especially on the bike as that one will come back to bite you.

Competitor: Wear a 20/14 lb weight vest.
