AMRAP 16 mins: GHD Sit-ups, Handstand Walks, and Bar Muscle-ups

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of:

20 GHD Sit-ups

Handstand Walk, 25 ft

8 Bar Muscle-ups


Goal: 6+ rounds


The goal today is to work on high skill gymnastics and challenge midline fatigue. Primary goal today is unbroken sets throughout for our competitor athletes. For our athletes just attempting to do the workout Rx'd, but may not have the highest level of proficiency with each movement, the goal is to find a strategy of sets and reps that allows for short breaks and steady movement throughout.

8 Burpee Pull-ups


L1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of:

20 V-ups

3 Wall Walks
