3 RFT: Handstand Push-ups, Dumbbell Power Cleans, Handstand Walks, and Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunges

20 Handstand Push-ups
20 Dumbbell Power Cleans, 50/35 lbs
Handstand Walk, 50 ft
Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge, 50/35 lbs, 100 ft
*Handstand Walk- 2x 25 ft
Goal: 11-15 mins
Time cap: 18 mins
Expect to get a little pump with this one, both in the legs and the arms. The expectation is that we stay steady on the workout with equal effort across each round. Expectation is to keep each round to around 4 mins +/- some. Break up into quick bites from the get go if you know you struggle with any of these movements.
